Lenovo has launched the P780, successor of the P770. The Lenovo P770 had a 3500 mAh battery, this one has a 4000 mAh battery. Other features have also been upgraded. The P780 has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) capactive touch screen IPS display with 178 degrees viewing angle, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor and runs on Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean) with Lenovo’s custom UI on top. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It comes with dual SIM support similar to the P770 and is just 9.9mm thick.
