Apple invites the Media to their October 22 Press Event

It is not only Nokia holding a Press Event on October 22, as you see above, the American multinational corporation, Apple still have a lot to cover, if we're not mistaken, the next generation iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2, also other announcements from different departments, like the new Macbook Pro's with the rumored Retina display, Intel Haswell processors and more.

We are expecting to see the real size fifth generation Apple iPad 5 with the same 9.7-inches screen size, with thinner bezels and a fingerprint scanner, something like the one we have seen in the company's latest flagship, Apple iPhone 5S. Next should be another refresher, the iPad Mini 2, which is a disappointment to some until date, due to the lack of Retina display for it's screen. But as rumors and leaks suggests, the new Apple iPad Mini is to get the Retina update, but take our word, we're not sure on this.

The Press Conference is scheduled on October 22, 2013 in Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater, San Francisco, United States at 10AM Pacific and 1PM Eastern.

Apple's next generation's slates leaks, iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2

When we saw the American company announcing their next generation Apple iPhone 5S and 5C a few days ago, nothing surprised us, as we have already seen these Apple products leak a lot previously. Now we have a the leaks live pictures of the company's next generation Apple iPad 5 and iPad Mini successor (Mini 2?).

As the leaked sources claims that the slates in the above picture is to be the company's next 2013 announcement. The tablets comes in a sleek matte silver aluminium chassis with a branding logo somewhat in the middle. The iPad Mini in the above case look extremely significant to the it's elder sibling, the iPad 5.

We haven't got our eyes on the tablet's specifications or software side yet, nor the American multinational corporation, Apple has confirmed the news of it's next generation iPad's announcement dates. But with lots leaks and rumors in the unit's hardware, we my see the company calling out for an event, pretty soon.

Sources from technology site DigiTimes said the 9.7 inch screen of the iPad 5 is expected to remain 2.048x1.536 pixel resolution as the iPad 4. However, the new generation iPad apps touchscreen technology G/F2 help thin and lighter than its predecessor.
