Critically acclaimed indie mobile game Skulls of the Shogun has made its way to iOS devices. The game is a universal app, which means you won't need to purchase a separate iPad version if you bought the iPhone version. It costs Rs 270 on the iTunes App Store. It can run on a wide variety of devices, dating back to the iPhone 4, iPad 2 and the 4th generation iPod touch. The iOS version of the game includes all of the single-player content from the Bone-A-Fide edition, which made its debut in the game's PC version. It has all five episodes, plus the bonus volcano island with persistent units. For multiplayer, you will get all 36 maps which are playable through either the turn-based Skulls Anywhere mode over the Internet or pass-and-play with up to four people.
What could possibly go wrong?
The best thing about the iOS version of the game is that it has cross-platform support with the PC version. All you have to do is create a new Skulls account or log in with an existing one you may have made for the PC version. Through this, you can carry your single player progress as well as multiplayer matches without a hitch.Skulls of the Shogun is a turn-based tactical RPG. It takes very obvious inspiration from the Advance Wars series. It originally made its debut on Xbox Live Arcade and Windows 8, and then made its way to Windows Phone 8. Shortly after, it popped up on Steam as the Bone-A-Fide edition.
