We have seen this device first hitting in Silver, Black and lately in Blue and Red color options, where we also noted the company's Limited Edition MOBO One crafted out of real 18 carat gold. But it looks like this isn't just over for the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer HTC, as today the company went officially unveiling the Gold color option for it's year's flagship.
The new smartphone with the golden fever sports the same Quad-Core Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 processor and a 1.7GHz Krait 300 Central Processing Unit (CPU), Adreno 320 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), 4.7-inches Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen of 1080 x 1920 resolution display marked at 469 pixels-per-inch in protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 2, 32 and 64 gigabytes of internal memory and two gigs of Random Access Memory (RAM), four megapixels 'Ultrapixels' main camera with LED flash light with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and 2.1 megapixels front facer, both capable of capturing 1080p High Definition videos, Bluetooth 4.0 and LTE support on board, a 2,300mAh powered battery and running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on it's operating system. The handset measures about 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 millimeters in dimensions and weighs around 143 grams.
“Building on the all metal design of the HTC One, and the recent success of the HTC 18 carat gold MOBO phone, we are excited to have developed our own gold device, offering yet more choice to consumers”, said Philip Blair, President of HTC EMEA.
The new announcement from the Taiwanese add's another participant to the gold rush along with the South Korean's Gold Galaxy S4 and the American's Champagne Gold Apple iPhone 5S. And finally as said by HTC, the smartphone is to be available across Europe on a number of carrier partners.
