Zen Mobile has now launched the all new Ultrafone Amaze 701 FHD in India for Rs 17,999. Falling in line with the current smartphone trend, the new handset comes with a full HD 1080p display. In terms of specifications, the device comes with a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, One Glass Solution along with Gorilla Glass 2 for protection. Internally, the device comes with a quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with 1GB of RAM. The device runs on Android 4.2.1 and comes with 3G network connectivity.

In terms of sensors, the device comes with accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light as well as magnetic sensor. The last sensor, also seen on the iPad, comes for smart cover support. Rounding up the package is a 2,050mAh battery. On paper atleast, the device seems to be better than the recently launched Micromax Canvas Turbo and Gionee Elife E6.
