Xolo reportedly working on 4G LTE-enabled smartphone for India

Indian smartphone manufacturer Xolo may be looking to launch a 4G LTE-enabled handset for the country, according to a report by GSMarena. If true, this will be the first of its kind to come from the manufacturer in this market. The report claims that device will come with the title LT900 and the handset is expected to officially be unveiled in the first week of November. The source, along with the news, has also revealed what could be a press render of the new smartphone. Apart from the design of the device, the image also indicates that the LT900 might be coming with a dual-LED flash.

Apart from the high-speed cellular connectivity, the device could come with a 4.3-inch HD IPS OGS display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels and a density of 341ppi. Internally, the device may come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. On the photography-front, the device is said to come with an 8-megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor packed in.The report, however, lacks a lot of information about other features. For instance, there is no word yet on the kind of connectivity options you will get, but the usual suspects like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi can be expected. There is also no word on how much internal memory the device will come with or the kind of battery it will pack to power the show. The most important point of the device, the price, has also not yet been mentioned. With the rumoured release date of November just around the corner, though, it is expected that all the gaps will be filled soon enough, provided the leak holds true. There has not yet been any word from Xolo about this device, so it is tough to validate these claims yet.
