Along with giants like Samsung and Sony, desi phone makers seem to have geared up to explore the phablet market. To compete with the existing competition from Karbonn, Micromax, Intex and several others, Spice has quietly launched the Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550. It is now available for order on Saholic for Rs. 15,499, and will start shipping by next week. The Mi-550 sports a large 5.5-inch display and gets the v4.2 Jelly Bean flavour of the Android OS. Spice has powered the smartphone with a 1.2GHz MediaTek quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. Like most smartphones these days, it’s a dual-SIM phone. Moreover, Spice has also included a stylus, just like the Micromax Doodle 2.
