Nokia announces three new Asha devices, 500, 502 and 503






Along with the two new phablets, the high-end Lumia 1520 and a mid-ranger Lumia 1320, the Finnish multinational communication and information technology corporation Nokia has also gone introducing three new Asha devices, successors to it's Asha 501, the previously leaked Asha 500, Asha 502 and Asha 503. All three new devices are identical in their body language and comes with an additional layer of transparent shell or "Ice" layer on the company's usual bright color selection, surfacing on the unit's back side.



The Nokia Asha 500 is the new baseline of the Asha 5-series, packing 2.8-inches screen and a 2 megapixels primary camera, where else, both other newly announced Asha 502 and 503 comes with a full three inches screen and five megapixels camera and LED flash light on the back. But Asha 503 can be your best choice, as the device packs Corning Gorilla 2 on the front and third generation (3G) connectivity on board. All three devices stores WLAN, Quad-Band EDGE, one full month of standby battery life and dual-SIM capabilities, while the Asha 500 and 503 comes in single SIM variants too.

On the software side, the Asha 500 comes with Nokia's own Asha platform 1.1.1, and Asha 502 with version 1.1 and finally Asha 503 with version 1.2. The handsets are to be available by the Quarter 4 of this year, at the pricing of $69 for Asha 500, $89 for Asha 502 and $99 for Asha 503.
