Google Nexus 10 may not come back to Play Store once it runs out of stock

The Nexus 7 refresh is already out, and details of the Nexus 10 2013 were rumoured to be announced on Cyber Monday. While Google hasn’t made any official announcement yet, it has confirmed to TechnoBlimp that it won't be getting fresh Nexus 10s, once it runs out of stock. This could mean that the rumoured LG-built Nexus 10 2013 model is on its way. After a series of flip-flops about who is building the next iteration of the Nexus 10, a LG-built 10-inch tablet appeared online. The device was spotted at UK retailer Tesco, and also revealed some specs of the device.

Nexus 10 refresh coming soon?

It is likely to sport a 10-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels. Under the hood, one can expect it to be powered by a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. Some other specs revealed by the retailer include Android 4.4 KitKat, a 4-megapixel front camera and a 10-megapixel rear camera. On the storage front, it will come in 16GB and 32GB variants.Last month, an 8-inch or thereabouts tablet was spotted on the revamped Android website, which has since been replaced with an image of the 2013 Nexus 7. So, it is also widely speculated that this time around, Google may come with an 8- or 9-inch Nexus tablet instead of a 10-inch.

The Nexus 10, which was released last year didn’t have a great impact like other Nexus devices. However, Nexus fiends are hoping that the next iteration of the Nexus 10 packs a bigger punch, like the new Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. Earlier rumours had suggested that the new Nexus 10 would be released on November 22 followed by a possible announcement on Cyber Monday, but that has clearly not happened yet.
