Users will be able to show off living pictures in Presentation Mode as 3D images using the apps. You can make use of HDMI or Apple AirPlay to view these images on TV. This essentially makes it the first time a camera can allow you to create 3D images with single exposure simply by hitting a button. “The beauty and power of Light Field technology is that we are able to continue to expand on how living pictures are experienced, first with Perspective Shift and now 3D,” Jason Rosenthal, CEO of Lytro said in a press release. “Lytro remains committed to delivering new ways to make visual storytelling more immersive and engaging through innovative software and hardware.”The company has also announced that the Lytro Camera in Cobalt Blue is now available worldwide at the Apple Online Store exclusively. There is also a Limited Edition Champagne available for sale in the US and Canada. Lytro cameras are available with retailers across countries like US, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
