MapmyIndia has launched Connect, a device that lets you mirror your smartphone or tablet on to a preferred screen. It’s a way to break free from the restriction of screen-size and doesn’t require any wired connection. the device is compatible with both Android and iOS platforms, and Miracast or DLNA tech used in the device makes it completely wireless. With the Connect, MapmyIndia also aims at better navigation. Users with Car AV system can reach their destinations comfortably using the MapmyIndia Maps application. Basically, it allows users to view content like apps, media and games from their mobile devices on larger screens including televisions. It can be connected through AV cable or Micro USB. It also streams the smartphone content through W-Fi, so there is no additional burden on your broadband or internet connection.

Now this will no more be a barrier,” says Rakesh Verma, Managing Director, MapmyIndia. MapmyIndia Connect is priced at Rs 12,990. The in-box contents include USB Cable, DLNA-Miracast convert switch, Wi-Fi Antenna, Wi-Fi/ RCA/ Power Cable and Owner's Kit which includes hardware manual, customer's warranty card and terms of use.
