Focal should be the default camera app in the Cyanogen Mod custom Rome originally . After disputes between the developer and the Cyanogen Mod team about licensing the app it has been removed from the Custom Rom . It is still further developed and can now be downloaded from the store even play .
Focal does everything you expect from a camera app and even something more : Many customizable settings , filters and scene modes are available . Via so-called widgets can be displayed , while less frequently used to hide frequently used functions and settings . Exciting is also a feature called PicSphere , an open source alternative to Google's Photo Sphere. PicSphere is not quite as intuitive as Photo Sphere and the pictures of the all-round panorama must be fired manually , but the potential is there.

Focal is still far from being perfect . The performance of the app can not keep up with the default app on your Android device. If you would still like to try out the app and get updates , find the download in Play.
Tip: Wipe the camera to interface with the finger down the side so you can scroll through the last pictures taken . But be careful: Wipe you a picture in this view down , it will be deleted!
