SoftBank and Sharp announces two new Android's, Aquos Xx 302SH and Aquos Xx Mini 303SH


Japanese telecommunications and Internet corporation, SoftBank and another Japanese multinational corporation, Sharp has announced their two new Android smartphones, the Dustproof and Waterproof, Aquos Xx 302SH and Aquos Xx Mini 303SH.

Both these handsets from Sharp are identical from their internal specifications, but with a different screen size, camera and battery. The Aquos Xx 302SH is the bigger brother with a 5.2-inches Full High Definition screen of 1080p IGZO resolution display, 32 gigabytes on board storage (expandable via microSD card slot), a 16.3 megapixels primary camera and a 2,600mAh powered battery. The Aquos Xx Mini 303SH will come out of the box with a smaller screen size of 4.5-inches screen of the same Full High Definition 1080p IGZO resolution display, 16 gigs of internal storage (expandable via microSD card slot), a 13.1 megapixels main camera and 2,120mAh powered battery.

And now both devices will pack a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset clocked at 2.2GHz with Krait 400 Central Processing Unit (CPU) and Adreno 330 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and 2GB of Random Access Memory (RAM). Both the devices will run with Bluetooth, WiFi, Near Field Communication (NFC), Global Positioning System (GPS), IR Blasters, LTE and Android 4.2  Jelly Bean as the OS.

The previously announced Fujitsu Arrows A and the Sharp Aquos Xx 302SH is expected to luanch in Japan by this December and the Aquos Xx Mini 303SH will launch in late February, 2014. There is still now words on the smartphones pricing from the carrier side.
