Logitech has now added a new Bluetooth 2.0 speaker set, the Z600, to its line-up of audio products. The new device can be paired with up to three devices at a time. That means that users can stream music and other audio directly from their computer, smartphone or tablet. Users, in addition, can also switch between multiple paired devices by pressing pause on one and play on another. The device can also work with non-Bluetooth devices as well. The speaker comes with a USB transceiver included in the package. The 3.5mm auxiliary input can also be used to plug in any device with audio output like TVs, music players or even gaming consoles. The Z600 is compatible with any Bluetooth A2DP-enabled device. The operating range for the same is 33 feet or 10 meters. In terms of inputs, the device comes with one auxiliary port.

Controls on the new Z600 are a crucial part of the package. The entire top panel of the right speaker is a smooth, response touch disc. Users will have a touch volume control instead of a control knob. The other controls of the speaker, that is, the power button, Bluetooth pairing and the 3.5mm input, are placed at the back and are simple to use.The power cord is also specifically designed to not look ungainly. Customised, lay-flat cables runs between the speakers along with the power adapter, ensuring that users don’t have to deal with an unsightly tangle of wires on their desk or table. The Z600 comes with 3 drivers in each speaker. There is a lot of focus on the design of the product. The new speakers come with gentle curves and fabric finish that gives users two colours to choose from. The Z600 will be available in India for Rs 12,995.
