iPhone 5s reportedly facing blue screen of death

While most of us have faced the infamous “blue screen of death” on desktops, there have been reports about similar issues on the new iPhone 5s too. Several iPhone 5s users have been complaining about this bug on the Apple Support Communities and MacRumours forums, reports CNET. One of the members complaining about the issue said, “I have been messing around with it more and it only seems to do this blue screen reboot thing when exiting the Numbers app by Apple.”Reportedly, the bug has been there ever since the smartphone was launched. Look at the video below showing the blue screen of death bug: Reports say that their iPhone 5S screen turns blue and then the device reboots. Users state that the problem occurs when they are using applications like Numbers from the iWork suite. The premium Apple iWork suit has been made free with the new iPhones that run on iOS 7 out of the box. While some users are facing the problem on using iWork suite, there are others who are facing a similar issue with apps like ESPN Scorecenter. Apple has already released two updates and reportedly the latest iOS 7.0.2 patch has been unsuccessful in fixing the issue. According to TheVerge, disabling iCloud sync can avoid this problem.
