Apple asks Google to Remove Control Center, Aren't they copying?

Hey friends! Control Center, did you saw on Play Store earlier? If yes then I want to tell you that it is pulled out by Google, but you might be thinking why? I want to tell you that HI Tools (who made this application) copied (clone) their Control Center (feature of Apple's iOS 7) without taking permission from Apple. It was (is) application by HI Tools Studio which looks completely same as iOS Control Center but Apple inc asked Google to remove that application from Play Store and they removed. I have this application and use it, it's full clone of iOS but still don't know why the asked to remove it from Play Store. There's a fault of HI Tools Studio too that they didn't asked Apple before making that awesome application.

Apple's Spokesperson said to Google to remove that application from Play Store:

The application “Control Center”, which is available at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.easyandroid.hi.controls, copies, without authorization, the “Control Center” feature of Apple’s iOS 7. Apple owns the copyright in its iOS software and each of the features thereof. The aforementioned application infringes Apple Inc.’s (“Apple”) copyright rights in the iOS 7 software.

So, Google had to remove that application from their Google play store. Google pulled (remove) that application from the Play Store. Now, frustrated HI Tools Studio team changed their project and modified that application but it seems that it is as same as it was released ago, so don't wait and grab it now! you will like this application surely!

But when Apple copied from Google then? 

Don't why the Google is quite. Apple are the copycats! They copied our Notification bar, they cloned HTC's Multitasking, They cloned our lockscreen and didn't even left our Music application, Oh My God! even Music application. I think when the Apple's engineers were making iOS 7, they were asking themselves a simple queston-

How can we make it look like Android?

Okay, cheer the people who have android devices, iOS is also cool but there are very less customization for iOS! But there are some applications which are only for iOS (like Action Movie FX) which are not ported to Android. Frankly speaking, I don't like iOS just because of it's application support. No launchers, No Widgets, Not better Layout, the multitasking is not good and other reasons.
