Just follow these easy steps to add contact us page to you website/blog

Step 1: Go to FoxyForm

Step 2: In settings click on the option which you want to be in your form

Step 3: In Advance setting you can choose your background & font color and font size & font of the text

Step 4: In target email address you need to add the email address on which you want to receive mails.

Step 5: Click on Create Formular after entering security code.

Step 6: You will be redirected to the page where html code of your page is embeded, Copy that code.

Step 7: In blogger go to pages tab and click new page after that click on HTML on top left side.

Step 8: Paste your html code and click publish.
            (for website paste that html code in new page option in your website)
