• All the ipad work in 700 Mhz. Most of western countreis work at this frequency for 4G.
• So only relaince custom phones are going to work on this 4G network.
• In 2014 govt is selling the 700 Mhz spectrum
• Only after that thr 4 networks will work with you ipads and Google nexus

So think before you buy your 4G phone. There is buzz that reliance is working with Samsung to release 4G phone which work at 2300 Mhz
