Stock ROM is quite boring, everyone knows that but some custom ROMs are too much modified that we don't like and some ROMs are very less modified and again we feels it bored. CyanogenMod is not very modified visually but has many many tweaks inside it which allow it to change settings in real-time like changing style of overscroll glow and statusbar time style and other things. And CyanogenMod 10.1 (based on Android 4.2.2) is the latest version of CyanogenMod and obviously, it will provide best of it. CyanogenMod does not slow your device, it is just like a ROM but, better than any ROM. It is same like MIUI ROM, LEWA OS and etc. This is not build by cyanogenmod team! it is un-official build by developers.
1 DSP manager- if you like bass then you can enable bass on your phone and you can feel it with your head-set, not only bass! it offers you rock, loud speaker and other mods which changes the style of audio and its really awesome.
2 Theme Support- Now, if you are bored with cyanogenmod (eh! don't know why!) then you can apply new themes on it! over thousands of themes are available online, pink, blue, green or which ever you like.
3 Incognito mode- If you want to be Anonymous on internet while surfing it, then use it, when you use incognito mode, your IP is hidden from internet and you are anonymous on internet, feel safe while surfing!

4 Clockworkmod recovery installed in Grand.
1 Download the ROM provided up and place in your SD card (make sure you are rooted and installed clockworkmod in your device.)
2 Reboot to ClockWorkMod recovery. You can reboot to recovery by pressing Volume Up + Home + Power Key simultaneously till you reboot to ClockWorkMod recovery. Now use volume up/down to scroll up and down in ClockWorkMod recovery and for ticking any option, press power button.
3 First of all you backup your stock ROM (for security reasons) and this will help you to rollback to you stock ROM when you bricked your device.
4 Now, wipe system and format system partition in ClockWorkMod recovery of your device, you can format system by going on Mounts and Partitions and you can format your system from there after that, click Yes!
5 Now, Click on install zip from SD card and then navigate to your CyanogenMod 10.1 custom ROM (that will be in .zip extension) which you pasted in your SD card.
6 When it will be installed in your Samsung Galaxy Grand, now install Google Apps- click to download, and now again go to install zip from SD card and then navigate to Google Apps and install that too.
7 Now, click on Reboot system and wait for some time, now the reboot will take some time, don't worry. Chill out for a while, it will take maximum 7 minutes to reboot the device.
Now, you have installed CyanogenMod 10.1 in your samsung galaxy grand, enjoy!
