The HTC One mini and Desire 500 are now available for purchase in India. Both devices are available online through several e-retailers. The HTC One mini is available on Snapdeal for Rs 34,999 while sites like Infibeam and Flipkart have put it up for pre-order for Rs 35,054. The Desire 500 is up for grabs on SnapDeal, Infibeam for Rs 20,500, while it is available at around Rs 21,500 through some other sites. The One mini, which is the younger sibling of HTC One, comes with a similar unibody design but sports a smaller 4.3-inch 720p HD display. HTC has powered the device with a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that clocks at 1.4GHz. It also gets 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.2.2 with Sense 5.0 on top. Like the One, HTC has gone with the UltraPixel camera for the mini as well.
Looks just like big brother
Take a quick look at the specifications of the HTC One mini:

The next is the HTC Desire 500 which also sports a similar 4.3-inch display size as the One mini, but with lower resolution. It’s a dual SIM smartphone that runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. HTC adds a layer of Sense 5.0 and obviously the BlinkFeed UI. The 500 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM.
Desire 500 is a decent mid-ranger
