Crtl+N : Open new Database.
Ctrl+O: Open existing Database.
Alt+F4: Quit MS access.
Ctrl+p: Print current or selected object.
S: Open the page setup dialog box from print preview.
P: Open Print dialog box from print preview.
C or Esc:Cancel print preview.
Ctrl+S /Shift+F12/Alt +Shift+F2: Save data base.
AltF2/F12: Open the save as dialog box.
F4 / Alt+Down Arrow:Open combo box.
F9: Refresh the contents of a look up field.
Down Arrow: move down one line.
Page Down: Move down one page.
Up Arrow: Move up one line.
Page Up:Move Up one page.
Tab: Exit combo box or list box.
Ctrl+F: Open find tab and replace box.
Ctrl+H: Open replace tab in the find and replace dialog box.
Shift+F4: Find the next occurrence of the text specified in the find and replace dialog box when the dialog box is closed.
