The Korean Manufacturer Samsung has officially launched its new 5-inch Android Smartphone in Taiwan named as Samsung Galaxy J. It was announced back in October this year. It comes with few similar specifications as a Galaxy S4. The Galaxy J has a 5-inch Full HD display, quad-core processor, 3GB RAM and Android 4.3 OS. The device is priced at NT$21,990 as equal to Rs.45,250 (Approx) in Indian Rupees. Let’s see details features are below.
The Smartphone houses 5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 1920 x 1080p screen resolutions at 441PPI. The display also features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection and Multi-Touch Support. It is powered by 2.3GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor paired with 330 Graphics. It runs on latest Android v4.3 (Jelly Bean) Operating System. The company claimed that it will upgrade in to 4.4 KitKat Version. The device equipped with 3GB RAM, 32GB On-board memory and Expandable Memory up to 64GB with MicroSD.
The Samsung Galaxy J has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Auto focus, LED flash, Dual Shot, HDR, face detection, Zero Shutter Lag, BSI Sensor and 1080p HD video recording. It also comes with 2-megapixel HD front camera with dual video calls support. Connectivity Features Include 4G LTE/3G HSPA+, WI-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/Ac, dual-band, WI-Fi hotspot and direct, Bluetooth 4.0 with LE, A2DP, MicroUSB 2.0, NFC and GPS/A-GPS Navigation. It has a 2600 mAh battery.
The device comes with Samsung’s unique features like Air gestures, Smart Stay, Smart pause, Smart scroll, S-Voice, smart TV remote and free 50GB cloud storage via Dropbox.
