Indian device manufacturer iBall has introduced another neck-band design Bluetooth headset with an in-built mic, the iBall Vibro, for Rs 1,699. The device also comes with easy to reach “call” and “music” buttons by which a user can switch between calls or music on a tablet or phone. The buttons, found on the device's ear cups, features volume, media and call controls. This allows the user to switch tracks, make calls and so on without pulling out their connected devices. The headset can be paired with a wide range of Bluetooth-enabled phones, tablets and music players.

The small device comes with a 300mAh battery that the company claims will give up to 10 hours of non-stop music and up to 11 hours of talk-time. The headset can be recharged via a USB cable, and comes with a range of up to 10 meters from the source device. Sandeep Parasrampuria, Director of iBall, commenting on the launch of the device, said, “iBall Vibro is a beautiful in design and this Bluetooth back-phone with MIC will provide stereo sound and uninterrupted voice chats on phones, tablets and laptops.”The company was last in the news when it launched a new set of Bluetooth portable speakers, the UFO3, for Rs 2,499. The wireless speakers, which come with an in-built mic, deliver high quality sound with digital controls, according to the company. Along with Bluetooth, the speakers can also play media by connecting the device to a USB drive or a microSD card. The speakers sport an in-built rechargeable battery that can apparently keep it alive for up to four hours.
