Assassin's Creed: Liberation coming to PlayStation 3 on January 14

The HD remake of the originally PlayStation Vita-exclusive Assassin’s Creed: Liberation finally has a release date. It will be available on the PlayStation 3 as a downloadable title on January 14, and will cost $19.99 (Rs 1,230 approx). The announcement was made on the official PlayStation Blog, which means that the game probably won’t hit the Xbox 360.Instead of being a straight up HD remake, Liberation HD will have a lot of tweaks to make it better on the PS3. "When we set out to do Liberation HD, our objective was simple: improve upon what worked on the Vita and adapt the gameplay and missions to be the most fun and enjoyable they could be," wrote Ubisoft Sofia Producer Momchil Gindyanov. “As a result, each mission has been reworked in order to improve its pacing, and the challenge it poses to the player."

Aveline will be a bit older in Black Flag
