How To With this trick, you can turn on/boot your PC in just 10 seconds.
Here's what you have to do to do that.

1. Press Winkey+R to open Run and type Regedit. 
2. Press enter. This will open up your Registry Editor.
3.  Look for this entry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM \CurrentControlSet\Contr ol \ContentIndex
4. Find the key called: "Startup Delay" and double click that.
5. Now where its Base. Click Decimal. Its Default Value Is 4800000 (75300:hexadecimal).
6. Change The Value To 40000. Here you go, you have done it.
7. Now close the Registry Editor and restart your PC.

Now your PC will start up in 10 seconds(more or less- varies upon your system).
