Mototola launches Motoluxe smartphone | full reviews, features, price

US PHONE MAKER Motorola has announced the launch of its Motoluxe smartphone in the UK.
The Android 2.3 Gingerbread powered smartphone has a 4in touchscreen, an 8MP autofocus camera with flash and incorporates Motorola's Moto Switch user interface. It will be available from the end of this month, but pricing has not yet been announced.
The phone features Motorola's Music Now and Smart Gallery feature to display pictures as collections.
The Motoluxe also features GPS technology and is Bluetooth-enabled. It has access to the Android Market for apps.

Like the HTC Rhyme, the phone also has a lanyard slot that lights up when users have missed a call, received a text or have an email waiting.
"By combining sleek style with Android brains, Motoluxe is ideal for people who want the latest technology in a sophisticated package," said Marcus Frost, senior marketing director for Europe at Motorola Mobility. "Not only does this smartphone have a big screen and the latest, greatest entertainment tools, it's affordable and won't take a bite out of your budget."
The Motoluxe first emerged at CES alongside the Defy Mini. The two phones will apparently will "break boundaries, but won't break the bank".
