It’s just recently that Nokia unveiled its first Windows RT-based tablet called Lumia 2520, and the second one is already in the works. According to a tweet sent out by prolific tipster evleaks, Nokia is working on its second Windows RT-based tablet codenamed Illusionist (Who comes up with these names). However, this time around it will feature an 8-inch display. Sources close to Nokia have further confirmed the 8-inch Illusionist to TheVerge. The site reports that the upcoming Nokia tablet will run Windows RT 8.1 and come powered by a Qualcomm processor. The Illusionist is likely to be released early next year and could be shown off at CES in January.
That's another weird codename
The Nokia Illusionist is likely to feature the same look and feel as the 10.1-inch Lumia 2520 that was announced at the Nokia World event. The Lumia 2520 sports a 10.1-inch display with a 16:9 aspect ratio full HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and runs on Windows RT 8.1, just like the rumoured Illusionist. It is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chip, coupled with 2GB of RAM.Along side the 2520, Nokia unveiled the Lumia 1320 sports a phablet-sized 6-inch IPS LCD 720p display. It is powered by a 1.7GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with 1GB of RAM. Nokia plans to dip this device in vivid shades including orange, yellow, black and white. The Lumia 1320 is also said to be launching early next year with the Illusionist, according to this latest piece of news.
