Samsung Galaxy S IV is the best android device till now. And it is getting best development support. it got cyanogenmod, miui and other mods. Samsung Galaxy S4 has now got leaked Android OS 4.3 update. sssshhh...don't tell anyone!! (Dont take it serious). Don't know from where it was leaked but when I was searching new forums and updates, I saw that Samsung Galaxy S IV got Android 4.3. Devs are now trying to root this firmware. This is a stock firmware so no mods because it is not rooted. There are 2 ROMs, 1 deodexed and other one is Odexed. Samsung Galaxy S iv got a guide for rooting but it was for JellyBean 4.2.1 and it wont work in it. The update is of 3xx mb (not more than 350 MB) and uploaded on Hotfile, dont know why MOST of the SAMSUNG firmwares are on hotfie, Mediafire is way better. You can choose any ROM. Deodex gives better performace but if you are android app editor then you should try Odexed ROM. In short, if you are normal user, use Deodexed version and developers might use Odexed.
SamMobile ported Android 4.3 for Samsung Galaxy s4, this ROM is nor alpha or nightly build. In this ROM, everything is working. As I said, no mods so it is purely AOSP. They haven't even added tweaks in this ROM, so you can enjoy fresh, clear stock ROM in Galaxy S4.

2 Okay, after download the ROM (takes time to download 300 mb :P) and now place it in your EXTERNAL SD card. (note: Don't extract it!)
3 Switch of your device, remove battery (wait for 2-3 seconds), put it again. Now press Press Power + Volume Up + home button simultaneously, soon you will be in ClockWorkMod (I don't have Samsung Galaxy S4, so if it displays Recovery option (click on it) and then you will be in ClockWorkMod Recovery.
4 Now, go to backup and restore and make a Nandroid backup. After performing nandroid backup, click on Wipe/factory reset. Then go to Mounts and Partition, there go download and click on "Format /system".
5 Go back and select Install Zip from sdcard and choose your ROM that you placed in External SD card.
6 It will take some time to install/flash the ROM so keep patience and don't touch phone, don't think it is hanged too because it takes time.
7 Reboot your device. Again it will take more time than normal booting, soon you will enter the world of Android 4.3.

Wait, wait!!This ROM is only for Samsung galaxy s4 gt-19505. If you tried on any other version of Samsung Galaxy S4, it MIGHT brick so don't try to install Android 4.3 on any other Android device or other Samsung galaxy S4.
WarningWe are not responsible for bricked Samsung Galaxy S4, please be careful while installing Android 4.3 in it. It is not very difficult thing but still if you did anything wrong, Galaxy S4 might never boot. How To Install Android 4.3 In Samsung Galaxy S4-1 Download any of these custom ROMs provided above, as I said for performance, go for Deodexed ROM.
